Definition

Third Party Software (3PS) means all packages that are not Basic Packages.

may be broken.
must not be in the package/base repository.
must not have the CORE flag.
may be changed by the person listed in the Maintainer or [M] tag without review.
may not have 'The ROCK Linux Project' listed as Maintainer in the [M] tag;
- an exception are packages in the package/public repository.
